Worth Mentioning on the Phone
When you call (470) 748-3194, it helps to mention what prompted you to reach out, such as a leak, visible damage, a recent storm or simply the age of the roof. Knowing the roof's approximate age helps too. If an insurance claim is already open, have the claim number available.

Common Questions Before Calling
What if my call goes to voicemail?
Please leave your name, number and a brief description of the roof concern. We return messages as soon as we finish the job in front of us.
How long does an inspection take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the roof, but we take as long as needed to examine every slope and the attic properly.
Will you tell me if I do not need a new roof?
Yes. A sound roof gets reported as sound, and a fixable one gets a repair quote.
Is it too late for your help once a claim is open?
Not at all. We can inspect and document the damage, attend the adjuster's visit and review the estimate with you.
Which areas do you serve?
Brookhaven and nearby communities including Chamblee, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Doraville and Decatur.
